Deposits
Once we have spoken, texted or emailed and made an appointment please use this page to pay the deposit which ensures our time commitment to you and secures your booking. The deposit amount is £100 for appointments under and up to 2hrs in duration; £200 for appointments of 3hrs or longer.
The remainder is to be paid by bank transfer the day before your appointment or you are welcome to pay the remainder in cash on the day for in-person appointments.
Please make payment of your deposit within 3 days of agreeing your appointment date and time. NB dates and times remain available for others until the deposit has been received.
We take great care in preparing the space and keeping the rooms clear for our use at our chosen time, if you absolutely need to cancel please endeavour to let us know 10 days or more in advance, in doing so you receive a full refund of your deposit. If cancellations are made giving more than 48hrs notice you will receive a 40% refund; less than 48hrs and the deposit paid will be retained by us to protect the business's viability. In all cases, Full Deposits will be paid back to you if we secure an alternative booking for our scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding in this regard.
Should you fail to show for an appointment or cancel with inadequate notice, you will not be able to make a future booking without paying for that session in full in advance.
